Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, you must keep the item unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging intact.

Several types of goods cannot be returned. You cannot return perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, we offer partial refunds. These situations include:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will inform you whether your refund request is approved or denied.

If we approve your refund, we will process it and apply the credit to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company because it may take some time for the refund to post. Next, check with your bank, as there could be a processing delay.

Sale Items

We only refund regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the gift wasn’t marked during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If we approve your refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
